Hey guys and girls the year 7s and 8s were working on a experiment last week. It was a lot of fun. So we threw a shot put and we found out how far we may throw on our knees.
Throwing on knees:
Lucy threw 8m
Lhysette threw 9m
Jhnnylle threw 12m
Rheane threw 6m
Jeran threw 7m
how to throw a shot put:
*hold the put in your palm
* make sure that your left leg is a inch away from your right leg
*look around to make sure that no one is in thy area that you a going to use
*do not throw the put
*push the put into your neck
*and use left/right arm to aim to where you want to throw the put.
*and push!

Mindfulness
Welcome back to my blog
Hello welcome back to my blog. Earlier this morning Al were working on mindfulness. Mindfulness is the feeling when you a calm and you are letting the world work around you.
The feelings that we get when we do mindfulness time:
*Dreamy
*Sleepy
*Tired
*Relaxed
*Satisfied
For our mindfulness the teacher give us choices to make:
*Listening to music
*Drawing
*Colouring
*Reading
The reason for mindfulness is that you are in the right mood for school or work. In your brain they is a red side and green side. The green side would be the calm side of your brain so when ever you get mad or stress you need to step into the green zone😌😌
The red side would be the panic part of your brain for example
when you a worried about something ,so every morning Al would get 10 mins to have mindfulness😟😟
