I want to find out how to make a hokey pokey.
Research:
Equipment:
*Pot
*5 tablespoons of sugar
*2 tablespoons of golden syrup
*1 tablespoon baking powder (Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Hydrogen carbonate)
*Wooden spoon
* Stove/bunsen burner
*Baking paper
Instructions:
*Get your equipment :)
*Set up your bunsen burner (Yellow safety flame)
*Put your pot on the bunsen burner and use the blue flame.
*Add the sugar and the golden syrup into the pot.
*Mix it with the wooden spoon
*Stop mixing and turn off the stove/ bunsen when the sugar begins to boil.
*Add the baking powder and mix
